Amalaki is a traditional Indian herb widely used for centuries to gently remove toxins and nourish body tissues. It is considered a highly concentrated source of antioxidants, which help protect the body from free radical damage. It is the principal ingredient in the Ayurvedic nutritive jam, Chyawanprash. Amalaki is rich in vitamin C and has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
