Directions:

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) softgel three times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each softgel capsule typically provides Vitamin A 375 μg RE (1250 IU from cod (fish) liver oil and retinyl palmitate), Vitamin D 3.4 μg (135 IU from cod (fish) liver oil, and cholecalciferol).
