Types of shipping:
- Door-to-door: The courier service will collect the parcel from our depot in
Cape Town and deliver to your residence or place of work - Local pick up: you may collect your items in-store to avoid a delivery cost.
When do I get my order?
Deliveries are made during standard working hours. Delivery can take anything from one to seven days. This does not include public holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that certain extreme outlying areas are only serviced by our courier on specific days of the week. We deliver during normal working hours.
What does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over R800 regardless of where you live in South Africa. For orders under R800, we charge a flat shipping rate of R90. We do not currently ship outside of the Republic of South Africa.
