This magnesium is in a citrate form, which is highly absorbable, compared to the more commonly available oxides. Magnesium citrate is ideal for those with digestive issues, stress, fatigue, and muscle cramps, to name just a few benefits. 
In addition to increasing magnesium-rich foods in the diet (leafy greens, nuts, and seeds), taking Solgar® Magnesium Citrate is a great way to increase your magnesium intake to support optimal well-being, including:

Directions:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:

Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free. Free of artificial colourants, flavourants, and sweeteners.

Magnesium (as citrate), Bulking Agents: (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Glazing Agents: (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Cellulose Gum, Colour: titanium dioxide.
